End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Garanty Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding the use of our software, services, and related assets.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our software or services, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use our software or services.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our software (“Software”) on compatible devices (PC or mobile) for personal, non-commercial use only.
Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, distribute, or sell the Software or its components
- Use our assets (graphics, sounds, code, etc.) in your own projects or for profit
- Distribute modified versions of the Software
You may modify the Software for personal use only.
Content creation (e.g. YouTube videos, fan art, etc.) is allowed as long as it does not violate this EULA.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with Garanty Studios or respective rights holders.

- If you believe your content is used without permission, contact support
3. Updates and Changes
We may:
- Provide updates, patches, or improvements automatically or manually
- Modify or discontinue the Software or its services at any time without notice
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Bugs, errors, or service interruptions
- Loss of data or saved game progress
- Compatibility issues with hardware or software
5. Termination
This license remains valid until terminated.
It may be terminated if:
- You violate this EULA
- The Software or services are discontinued
Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.
6. Online Services
Some features depend on online servers.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify
- Suspend
- Terminate
online services at any time.
7. Acceptance
By using or accessing any Garanty Studios software or services, you agree to this EULA.
