End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Garanty Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding the use of our software, games, services, and related assets.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our software or services, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use our software or services.

1. License Grant & Modification

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and play our software (“Software”) on compatible devices for personal, non-commercial use only. The Software is licensed, not sold.

Modding & Local Experimentation

  • Permitted Use: Local, offline modification, decompiling, or experimentation for personal use is permitted, provided it does not harm other users, disrupt services, or damage Garanty Studios.
  • Prohibited Conduct: Hacking, manipulating, or exploiting the Software to compromise online features, global leaderboards, third-party services, or other players is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property, Source Code & Assets

All rights, title, and intellectual property in the Software, assets, and code remain with Garanty Studios or its respective rights holders.

Source Code & Assets

  • You may not extract, copy, distribute, sell, or reattribute our source code, graphics, audio, or assets for use in your own projects without express written permission.
  • If you require access to source code or assets for journalistic or educational purposes, you may contact us to request explicit authorization.

Third-Party Assets

  • Certain assets (e.g., graphics, audio, plugins) within the Software belong to third parties and are used under their respective licenses.
  • If you believe we have improperly used or mistreated your licensed asset, please reach out to us immediately at our support email so we can address the issue.

3. User-Generated Content & Fan Creations

  • External UGC & Fan Art: You retain full ownership of fan art, community content, and mods created outside the software. We do not claim ownership of user-created content inspired by or featuring our products.
  • Takedowns: We reserve all legal rights (including copyright and trademark protections) to request the removal of any external content that is illegal, harmful, unethical, or offensive.
  • In-Game Content: For software that enables in-game creation, you agree not to upload or use copyrighted, illegal, or offensive material. By sharing content in-game, you grant us a royalty-free license to host, display, and promote that content.

4. Health & Safety Warning

Our software may contain flashing lights, rapid visual patterns, or intense psychological and emotional themes that may affect the health of certain users.

  • Potential risks and age restrictions are documented individually on product store pages.
  • We advise users to maintain awareness of these potential risks. Discontinue play immediately and consult a medical professional if you experience dizziness, visual discomfort, or distress.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Support

The software is provided “As Is” and “As Available.”

While we are dedicated to providing a quality user experience and supporting our software with updates, we are not legally liable for software bugs, service interruptions, system crashes, hardware incompatibility, or loss of save data and progress.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total financial liability of Garanty Studios for any claims arising out of your use or inability to use the software shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the software.

7. Online Services

Some features depend on online servers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate online features or services at any time.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated.

  • This license automatically terminates if you violate any provision of this EULA.
  • We may revoke access within the capabilities of third-party platform stores in cases of misuse, illegal activity, or unethical behavior.
  • Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.
