4. Purchases and Payments

  • Payment Methods: Processed via platform providers (e.g. Google Play, App Store, Steam)

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the platform where the purchase was made. Garanty Studios does not process refunds directly.

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions, errors, or outages
  • Loss of data or game progress
  • Device or software compatibility issues

6. Account Deletion and Termination

  • Account Deletion: Contact support to request deletion
  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts or services at any time, especially for rule violations

7. Intellectual Property

  • All Garanty Studios content (games, assets, etc.) belongs to Garanty Studios unless otherwise stated
  • Fan content remains the property of its creator
  • Uploading copyrighted or restricted content is prohibited
