Welcome to Garanty Studios. These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your access to and use of video games, websites, community platforms, and related online services operated by Garanty Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website, joining our community platforms, or using our online game features, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Scope & Updates

  • Scope: These terms apply to all online services operated by Garanty Studios, including our websites, online multiplayer servers, global leaderboards, and official community spaces across various platforms.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Community Code of Conduct & Enforcement

To ensure a safe and fair environment for everyone, all users must follow our community standards when using our services or participating in our platforms.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Toxicity & Abuse: Harassment, hate speech, toxicity, impersonation, spamming, and doxxing are strictly forbidden.
  • Exploits & Abuse: Exploiting bugs, glitched mechanics, or system flaws to gain an unfair advantage over other online players, or to cause harm/damage to Garanty Studios, its partners, third-party stores, or developers, is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement Rights

We reserve the right to mute, kick, suspend, or permanently ban any user or account that fails to comply with these rules, without prior notice.

3. Virtual Items, In-Game Currency & DLC

  • No Real-World Value: Virtual items, downloadable content (DLC), unlockables, and in-game currencies have zero real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable.
  • Modifications & Removal: We reserve the right to alter, rebalance, adjust, or remove virtual items, DLCs, or currencies at our discretion for game balancing or operational reasons.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer direct refunds for virtual items, DLCs, or in-game purchases.

4. Availability of Online Services & Server Sunsetting

  • No Uptime Guarantee: Our online services, websites, customer support channels, and multiplayer features are not guaranteed to operate error-free or 100% of the time. Server issues, maintenance, technical bugs, or unforeseen errors may cause temporary degradation or total unavailability of these services.
  • Discontinuation of Services: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently shut down online services, server infrastructure, or specific online features if we are no longer able to maintain them. In such events, we will do our best to notify the community in advance; however, no financial compensation or refunds can be guaranteed.

5. Third-Party Accounts, Payments & Refunds

  • Account Security: Accounts linked or created through third-party platform stores (e.g., Steam, Itch.io) must be secured and managed by the user and/or the respective account provider. Garanty Studios is not responsible for lost account credentials or compromised third-party accounts.
  • Transactions & Store Policies: All payments, purchases, subscriptions, and refund requests are handled exclusively by third-party platform stores. Garanty Studios is not responsible for payment issues, platform store policies, or data collection managed by these third-party storefronts.
